The Saturday event starts at noon on October 1 in the City Center of West Sacramento. The venues and vendor locations include the area of the current West Sacramento Farmers Market, the West Sacramento Community Center and the Turner Library (see map). The MULTICULTURAL FAIR is presented by the West Sacramento Family Literacy Coalition.
